The Andover Lake Property Owner's Association (ALPOA) is a 501C4 organization providing lake use and activities for the residents of Andover and surrounding towns, including beach and boating rights. It is run by a team of volunteers who organize the social activities, life guarding, swimming lessons and upkeep of our beautiful beach for our wonderful members! Andover Lake Management Association (ALMA) is the owner of Andover Lake, the beach, the dam, and other properties in the watershed.

ALMA is responsible for the management of these properties which includes operation and maintenance of the dam, environmental management of the lake, monitoring of water quality, and granting permits for lakeshore construction or maintenance activities. It is the intention of ALMA to maintain, protect and preserve the natural habitat of Andover Lake and its watershed areas.
